The Real Estate market is currently challenging to say the least. Many folks are worried about selling their home knowing values have indeed, decreased. The thing to keep in mind is that after your sale you are now on the other end for your purchase. In most cases, what you give up on one end is made back on the other, and then some. Don't let this market scare you out of making the moves you want to make.
